TE Connectivity in Penang, Malaysia, seeks a seasoned maintenance supervisor to lead a production equipment team. You will plan and execute predictive and preventative maintenance, trap root causes, and mentor junior techs to keep lines running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include evaluating equipment issues, implementing cost-effective solutions, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards while supporting engineering in process improvements.

Qualificações

• Associate diploma in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in injection molding maintenance or related mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical repair.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees the maintenance team to achieve efficient operations aligned with the business strategy.
• Perform predictive and preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Train lower-level technicians on troubleshooting and repair techniques.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Support production through root cause analysis and defect prevention.
• Develop manufacturing methods to reduce costs.
• Adhere to quality and safety standards.
• Investigate and implement requirements for equipment, tooling, and manufacturing methods.
