Job summary

TONGDA SMART TECH (MALAYSIA) Sdn Bhd in Kota, Kedah seeks a production operator to support PMC production plans, prepare tooling fixtures and related technical documents, and complete first piece production according to the specified process.

You'll conduct line inspections to ensure injection molding operates within cycle quotas, resolve abnormalities promptly, perform mold maintenance checks, and strictly follow safety rules and company procedures to maintain product quality and process

Responsibilities

• Prepare tooling fixtures and related technical documents as per PMC production plan.
• Conduct line inspections to ensure injection molding machine operates according to quota cycle for production capacity.
• If abnormalities are found during inspections, resolve them promptly.
• Perform machine setup operations according to the "Standard Process Parameters" for injection molding to ensure quality products.
• Confirm mold maintenance quality in advance according to the production schedule issued by PMC.
• Supervise and cooperate with mold maintenance to ensure normal operation of the mold.
• Record and improve the process molding history and enhance injection molding process technology capabilities.
• Adhere to all safety rules and use required protective equipment.
• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
• Comply and follow all procedures within the company.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

According to the PMC production plan, prepare tooling fixtures and related technical documents, and complete the first piece production according to the first piece production process.

• Execute product quality standards to ensure that the products meet customer requirements.
• Conduct line inspections to ensure that the injection molding machine operates according to the quota cycle to achieve production capacity.
• If abnormalities are found during inspections, resolve them promptly.
• Conduct machine setup operations according to the "Standard Process Parameters" for injection molding, ensuring that products that meet customer quality standards are manufactured.
• According to the production schedule issued by PMC, confirm the quality of mold maintenance in advance.
• According to the "Mold Maintenance Specification," supervise and cooperate with the mold maintenance to ensure the normal operation of the mold.
• Record and improve the process molding history and enhance injection molding process technology capabilities.
• Adhere to all safety rules and use required protective equipment.
• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
• Comply and follow all procedures within the company.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
