Job summary

Dynaciate Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a manufacturing engineer to support daily operations and optimize workflows in our Johor plants. You will monitor OEE, cycle times, scrap, and downtime while driving root-cause analysis using structured methods.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 2–3 years of experience, with willingness to travel. You will collaborate across Production, QA, Maintenance, and R&D to enable successful NPI and line setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 2–3 years of working experience in manufacturing.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations to keep production flowing.
• Design and optimize workflows, lines, and equipment layouts.
• Monitor KPIs such as OEE, throughput, cycle time, scrap, and downtime.
• Lead root cause analysis using 8D, Fishbone, FMEA, DOE, or Poka-Yoke.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma improvements (Kaizen, 5S).
• Prepare SOPs, work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality Control, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and R&D.
• Support NPI, line setup, and equipment validation.
