Job summary

COMPOSITES TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH MALAYSIA SDN BHD is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support aerospace composites production. You will develop, update, and maintain technical documentation to support manufacturing, including Technical Sheets, BOMs, Work Instructions, and manufacturing plans, and update ERP data to ensure accurate materials and routing.

Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining BOMs aligned with targets, ensuring products meet technical specifications and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or production engineering.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation to support manufacturing, including Technical Sheets, Bill of Materials (BOM), Work Instructions (WI), manufacturing plans, and other engineering documents.
• Update technical information in the ERP system to ensure accurate materials, routing, and production data.
• Prepare and maintain BOMs in alignment with technical and commercial targets.
• Ensure all products meet technical specifications and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Support Process Engineering with Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide technical guidance and training to production staff and other departments to ensure proper understanding of product and process requirements.
