Job summary

Jabil Circuit, Penang, is seeking a technically strong DFM Engineer to execute DFM analyses for PCB & PCBA, identify findings not meeting DFx rules, and communicate results to internal teams and customers.

You will review product data, perform automated and manual DFM analyses, generate reports using Digital DFX tools, and support the ME department in achieving KPIs while adhering to safety and security policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in DFM analysis or PCB/PCBA process.
• Working knowledge of PCBA reliability concepts and failure analysis techniques such as EDX, SEM, and FTIR.
• Experience with SMT process development and evaluation.
• Familiarity with problem-solving tools including design of experiments, root cause analysis, and statistical analytical tools.
• Willing to be based in Penang.

About the Role

What We’re Looking For
