Job summary

Nexperia is seeking a senior data analytics professional in Kuala Lumpur to design and deploy AI, ML, and Generative AI solutions for manufacturing processes. You will work across engineering, manufacturing, and quality to leverage data stored in the data lake, building scalable AI models and intelligent automation to improve operational efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in data analytics, strong Python/SQL skills, and hands-on experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch and data engineering

Qualifications

• Graduate Engineer – preferably Electronics or Computer Science.
• 7–10 years of experience in data analytics and data science.
• Proven ability to work with Agentic AI platforms and tech stack.
• Experience in large IT projects related to supply chain management and data lake architectures.

Responsibilities

• Understand the factories, manufacturing processes, data availability and avenues for improvement.
• Brainstorm with engineering, manufacturing and quality to solve problems using data in the data lake platform.
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI, ML, and Generative AI solutions addressing business challenges.
• Build, train, fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize AI/ML models for performance and accuracy.
• Develop and implement Agentic AI solutions, AI assistants, and intelligent automation systems.
• Identify data needs and extraction processes to improve business KPIs.
