Job summary

Nexperia is seeking a Principal Engineer (AI & Central Command) to drive data and AI adoption in their Seremban factory. This role involves delivering AI solutions for smart decision making while developing self-learning AI systems and analytics to support the smart manufacturing goals.

Candidates should have at least 10-15 years of experience in data, particularly focused on AI over the last 5 years. The ideal background includes a Graduate Engineering degree and a Master's in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience, with the last 5 years focused on AI.
• Proven ability to work with multi-cultural, multi-location teams.
• Experience in large project implementation related to Supply Chain management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI solutions for smart decision-making in factories.
• Develop self-learning AI solutions and decision analytics.
• Train NexGem trainees on data analytics and advanced analytics.
