Job summary

PG Lean Hwa Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking an Inventory Clerk in Seberang Perai to manage daily stock activities, PO input, and monthly quantity reconciliation. The role requires accurate data entry, attention to detail, and coordination with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration / Inventory / Warehouse management OR relevant studies.
• Basic computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in inventory / warehouse / stock control is an advantage.
• Good in data entry and record keeping.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in checking quantities.
• Responsible, organized and able to work independently.
• Able to communicate and coordinate with different departments.
• Able to speak and writing in Mandarin is a Must. Known about English & Bahasa Melayu will be added an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Key in Daily Production Report into the system.
• Enter and update Purchase Orders (PO) in the system.
• Record monthly quantity update to system.
• Check incoming goods to ensure item and quantity are correct.
• Record all warehouse stock-in and stock-out transactions.
• Ensure physical stock quantity matches the system balance.
• Report any stock discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Maintain proper inventory records and documents.
• Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
