CB Talents is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Customer Support Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to deliver high-quality technical and operational support to customers. The role combines problem-solving with a customer-first mindset and requires staying current on product knowledge and brand strengths.

The position offers a 24/7 rotational schedule, local Kuala Lumpur location, and a salary up to RM 4,500 gross, including language allowance. Local applicants are preferred, and relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Mandarin: C1 Proficiency (Fluent speaking, reading, and writing).
• English: B2 Proficiency (Strong command of reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
• Education: Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field.

Responsibilities

• Customer Care: Assist customers with inquiries regarding post-orders, delivery timeframes, order status changes, payments, product pre-orders, and general questions.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Utilize logical and analytical skills to isolate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex product issues in real-time.
• Quality Assurance: Deliver exceptional interactions that meet or exceed client standards for call audits, quality reports, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
• Multitasking & Navigation: Seamlessly navigate multiple internal tools and systems simultaneously to research and resolve issues efficiently.
• Data Logging: Accurately log, track, and capture all interaction data into CRM systems according to operational procedures.
• Continuous Learning: Maintain up-to-date expertise on all client products, features, and brand strengths.
