Job summary

Daviscomms (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee planning, material control, inventory, warehousing, logistics and on-time delivery in a high-mix electronics manufacturing setting. You will lead a cross-functional team and drive improvements in MRP, inventory management and supplier coordination to meet customer commitments and quality standards.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ERP proficiency, and experience in ISO-compliant environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials, PMC, Planning, Warehouse or Logistics.
Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership position.
Experience in EMS, PCBA, electronics manufacturing or high-mix manufacturing is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end supply chain planning to support production and customer demand.
Monitor inventory, material readiness and warehouse operations to ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate with Production, PMC and suppliers to resolve material shortages.
Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and KPI performance.
Ensure compliance with FIFO, MSL, ESD and traceability requirements.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
