Qualifications

• Able to communicate in Mandarin effectively with customers and team members.

• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers while offering attentive service and taking, assembling and presenting food orders.
• Request and receive payment, operate the cash register and handle transactions.
• Clean according to sanitary standards including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning service areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of customer service area and restrooms; manage trash disposal.
• Check equipment and report issues to maintenance; assist in any area to ensure timely food delivery.
• Move completed orders from kitchen to customer tables promptly.
• Understand menu and promotions; follow policies and procedures for restaurant operations.
• Attend to customer needs and requests; take reservations and seat customers as assigned.
