Job summary

Nexpipo is seeking a Senior Account Executive in PJ (Telco) to manage end-to-end accounting functions, support for audits and tax, and maintain strong vendor and client relations. The role requires Mandarin and English fluency, a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy, and a minimum of three years’ relevant experience.

You will handle credit control, monthly closings, reconciliations, and provide reliable financial reporting.

Qualifications

Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (Mandarin must).
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Dynamic, self-driven and sales oriented, resourceful and creative with solutions.

Responsibilities

Handle full set of accounts for audit and tax purposes.
Interact with vendors via calls or emails for invoices, reconciliation issues, clarification, and follow-ups; maintain relations.
Interact with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretary and related parties.
Responsible for credit control, monitoring of payment and collection.
Prepare monthly closing of accounts including bank reconciliations, monthly summaries and reports on sales and costs.
Monitor ageing of payables and implement payment strategy.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
Prepare quotations, invoices, quality checks, and liaise with clients’ finance team.
Develop and maintain filing system & office equipment.
Undertake ad hoc assignments as needed.
