Job summary

Nano-G is a Hospital-Grade Waterproofing Repair and Anti slip Specialist with more than 10 years of industry experience. We are recruiting a Sales Support Coordinator in Petaling Jaya to assist the sales team with lead follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and customer record maintenance.

The role requires Mandarin fluency for Mandarin-speaking customers, good communication skills, and readiness to handle dual-language inquiries in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin; role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales appointment arrangement for the sales team from the lead and database provided by the company.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints on company's services and products.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records/database/reports.
• Assisting sales team in all aspects of sales processes, documentations and administrative supports.
• Assist in general office administration work as and when required.
