Job summary

NCT PMC SDN BHD is seeking a proactive sales coordinator in Malaysia. You will make daily calls to customer leads, arrange meetings at our HQ or Sales Gallery, and present solutions to prospective clients.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, with fresh graduates welcome. Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred for liaising with clients in China, and travel is required. A base salary plus commission up to RM 20,000+ is offered.

Responsibilities

• Make daily calls to establish contact with customer leads.
• Arrange meeting or visit to HQ or Sales Gallery for presentation.
• Gather and report customer feedback to refine sales strategies, products/services and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
• Perform any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the company.
