Job summary

Space Makers is seeking a Sales Executive for interior renovation and cabinetry in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle Mandarin-speaking clients, understand their renovation needs, present tailored solutions, and drive quotations to close deals.

Ideal candidates have sales experience in cabinetry/renovation, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple leads while meeting targets. In-house design and site teams support from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mandarin is required as role involves Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Sales experience is required.
• Experience in cabinetry, renovation, or related industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and understand renovation requirements, budget and expectations.
• Follow up with potential customers from initial enquiry to project confirmation.
• Present and explain renovation and cabinetry solutions to customers.
• Prepare quotations, packages and product options.
• Conduct site visits and basic site measurements when required.
• Maintain follow-up with customers and build strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with Interior Designer, Design, Project and Site teams after sales confirmation.
• Manage multiple enquiries and projects with proper prioritisation.
