IBM Malaysia is seeking a Procurement Operations Buyer (Mandarin Bilingual) to provide professional support for purchase order processing and tactical sourcing. You will negotiate with suppliers, maintain IBM client and supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with IBM Procurement policies.

This role offers exposure to procurement tools, issue resolution, and contribution to enterprise-wide cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Receive requests and complete purchases following IBM policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with IBM clients and suppliers.
• Resolve issues in the purchasing process to minimize impact on the client experience.

Responsabilités

• Purchase Order Processing: Receive requests from IBM clients, negotiate with suppliers, and complete purchases while following IBM Procurement policies.
• Relationship Management: Set up and maintain relationships with IBM clients and suppliers through effective written and verbal communication.
• Problem Resolution: Apply problem determination skills to resolve issues in the purchasing process and minimize negative impact on the client's experience.
