Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Junior/Assistant Strategic Partner Development Executive to help manage and grow external partnerships across marketing suppliers, CPA networks, agencies, DSP partners, and KOL agencies. You will support partner sourcing, communication, campaign coordination, performance tracking, and administrative follow-up to drive channel growth.

The role requires Mandarin-speaking candidates to handle Mandarin-speaking customers, with 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, affiliate marketing, digital marketing, media buying, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with external partners.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, DSPs, affiliates, KOL, sponsorship, and media buying.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and researching potential business and marketing partners in Malaysia and regional markets.
• Support sourcing and onboarding of third-party partners such as CPA networks, DSPs, agencies, media buyers, KOL agencies, sponsorship partners, and outsourced marketing vendors.
• Assist in communicating with partners regarding campaign requirements, pricing, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.
• Support the team in negotiating basic partnership terms and commercial arrangements under guidance from senior team members.
• Monitor and track partner performance, including traffic, leads, conversions, campaign costs, and ROI.
• Assist in coordinating with internal marketing, creative, finance, and operations teams to ensure campaigns and partnerships are executed smoothly.
• Maintain and update partner databases, contracts, campaign records, performance reports, and payment tracking.
• Prepare regular reports on partner activities, campaign performance, and ongoing deals.
• Follow up with partners on campaign progress, deliverables, invoices, and outstanding matters.
• Assist in evaluating partner performance and highlight potential issues or opportunities to the team.
• Support the team in maintaining good relationships with existing partners and exploring potential new partnership opportunities.
• Ensure partnership activities follow company policies, brand guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Take on other partnership-related tasks and projects as assigned.
