Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking dynamic marketing graduates to kick-start their careers in marketing and business development. You will build relationships with agents, resellers, and partners, while identifying new sales channels and coordinating campaigns across multiple platforms.

Ideal candidates hold a marketing-related degree, are fluent in Mandarin and English, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; candidates with relevant experience have an advantage.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, agents, and partners.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a positive attitude.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with agents, resellers, KOLs, influencers, and business partners.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable sourcing new business opportunities and following up with potential partners.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and e-commerce (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with agents, resellers, distributors, and business partners.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new sales channels, KOLs, influencers, affiliates, and livestream hosts to expand brand reach.
• Follow up with partners to ensure marketing campaigns and sales initiatives are executed effectively.
• Coordinate and manage collaboration campaigns with external partners and platforms.
• Research and identify new market opportunities, sales channels, and partnership opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing and promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular progress reports.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive long-term business growth.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing events, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
• Perform other marketing and business development tasks as assigned.
