Strong production/engineering background and MES project leadership are essential. The successful candidate will coordinate with IT, operations, QA, and external vendors, ensuring stable manufacturing operations and adherence to ISA-95 and GAMP5

Qualifications

• 10+ years project management experience, with 3–5 years MES implementation.
• Proven MES project delivery across multi-site/ regional rollouts.
• Hands-on MES platforms experience: Siemens OpsCenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, DELMIA Apriso, AVEVA/Wonderware.

Responsibilities

• Lead MES implementation & upgrade projects end-to-end.
• Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and system integrators.
• Ensure MES-ERP integration and post-Go-Live support.
• Own MES backlog, write user stories, define acceptance criteria.
