Responsibilities

• Be our food trend scout – monitor market hot topics.
• Own the food cost game – smart spending, maximum impact.
• Handle daily ordering of food and supplies.
• Run a tight kitchen – maintain SOP/SOC readiness and hygiene.
• Stay informed on promos and new menu items.
• Ensure safety compliance for supplies, equipment and work areas.
• Cut down food wastage with precise measurements.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen crew.
• Stick to company policies and procedures.
