You will provide essential accounting and administrative support to our finance department, while using Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders. This is a full-time role. You should have a accounting-related diploma or degree and be proficient with accounting software and Excel, with strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail,

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written & spoken)
• Diploma or degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Professional demeanor with confidentiality
• Experience in accounting/finance admin preferred
• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting practices and tax is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and processing of financial documents, invoices and expense reports
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
• Support reconciliations and identify discrepancies
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors on billing matters
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients to ensure clear financial communication
