Job summary

Nexpipo in Malaysia (Puchong) is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives across IT solutions, including cloud, AI, networking, and infrastructure. You will develop new business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue growth, with a strong emphasis on meeting ambitious targets.

The role requires leadership to coach the sales team, close deals, and translate technical concepts into clear business value for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, solution sales, or business development.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of IT solutions including cloud, AI, networking, and infrastructure.
Experience selling to corporate or enterprise clients is preferred.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
Manage and grow relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
Understand client IT needs and recommend suitable technology solutions.
Lead end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing and post-sale follow-up.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and demonstrations.
Collaborate with technical teams to tailor proposals and project plans.
Lead commercial negotiations and manage client expectations.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Monitor pipeline, forecasts, and revenue achievement.
Build relationships with key decision-makers and stay updated on market trends.
