Klinik HealthQuarters in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Front Desk Sales Executive who speaks Mandarin to welcome walk-in customers, understand needs, and guide them to appropriate services. This is an on-site role focused on delivering great customer experience and converting enquiries into bookings.

You will respond to inquiries via WhatsApp and phone, maintain lead records, encourage repeat visits, and support simple marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers professionally at the clinic front line.
• Understand customer needs and guide to the right service.
• Explain clinic services including health screening, vaccination, women’s health, ultrasound, and more.
• Suggest suitable add-ons based on customer needs.
• Respond to WhatsApp and phone enquiries promptly.
• Convert enquiries into appointments or purchases.
• Follow up with undecided customers and maintain lead records.
• Encourage repeat visits, reviews, and referrals.
• Assist with simple marketing campaigns when required.
