Job summary

Klinik HealthQuarters in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a warm, energetic customer-focused individual to turn inquiries into bookings at the clinic front line. You will greet walk-in customers, assess needs and guide them to the right service or staff.

This on-site role offers product and service training, exposure to healthcare sales, and opportunities to grow with an expanding clinic team; Mandarin, English or Bahasa Malaysia skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Confident speaking with people.
• Mandarin speaking strongly preferred for engagement with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Able to communicate in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
• Sales-oriented, target-driven and willing to follow up consistently.
• Good attitude, initiative, discipline and integrity.
• Experience in retail sales, beauty/wellness, medical sales, hospitality, customer service or healthcare is an advantage.
• Healthcare knowledge can be taught; TikTok Live, Canva and video editing are bonus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage walk-in customers professionally at the clinic front line.
• Understand customer needs and guide them to the appropriate service or staff member.
• Explain approved health screening, vaccination, women’s health, ultrasound, weight-management and other clinic services.
• Recommend relevant add-on services or packages based on customer needs — without hard selling or giving medical advice.
• Respond to WhatsApp/phone enquiries and convert suitable leads into appointments or purchases.
• Follow up undecided customers and maintain accurate lead records.
• Encourage repeat visits, reviews and customer referrals.
• Assist with simple campaigns or outreach when required.
