Qualifications

• C1 Mandarin proficiency.

• Minimum 6 months of customer support experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant degree/diploma encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support for inquiries related to orders, delivery, payment, product information, pre-orders, and general questions.
• Answer questions related to order status, changes, and delivery timeframes.
• Deliver professional, high-quality interactions aligned with client service standards.
• Meet required standards for call quality, audits, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of client-supported products.
• Record customer information accurately in internal systems.
• Follow training and quality guidelines in every interaction.
• Maintain awareness of client products, services, and strengths in the industry.
