Job summary

Lafleur Beauty Sdn Bhd in Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver excellent support to our agents and customers while ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will handle product and website inquiries, assist customers with accounts and system matters, coordinate with Logistics on shipments, support promotions and events, and collaborate with Sales to ensure seamless lead handovers—primarily in Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, sales support, or administrative experience is preferred.
• Able to speak, read, and write Mandarin (required) to support Mandarin-speaking agents and customers. (Basic communication in English is an advantage)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to multitask, work independently, and manage enquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, patient, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support enquiries related to products, services, website, and portal.
• Assist customers with account and system matters.
• Monitor / coordinate with the Logistics on problematic shipment by ensuring timely resolution.
• Support enquiries regarding promotions, campaigns, product launches, roadshows, and other company events.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to manage new customer and agent enquiries and ensure smooth lead handovers.
• Liaise with internal departments, including IT, Logistics, Sales, and Marketing, to provide effective solutions and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
