Job summary

Motorola Solutions invites applications for an Internship in Project Accounting at our Penang, Malaysia site. You will assist with data analysis, accounting close, and supporting project-level metrics across APAC partners.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Finance/Accounting degree, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and can work with multiple teams. Internship is four months, located in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor Degree in Finance and Accounting.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication abilities.
• Willing to work independently with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze data related to Project Accounting adjustments.
• Review indicators and identify root causes of discrepancies and delinquencies.
• Assist in performing accounting close accurately and on-time.
• Suggest changes to reduce recurring inaccuracies.
• Report and support business metrics by Projects for supported countries.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
