Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring a Mandarin-speaking Relationship Officer for our leading banking client in Singapore. The role targets professionals based in Malaysia who can manage customer relationships, assess financial needs, and propose suitable financial, banking, and investment solutions.

You will engage in outbound calls, process applications, and pursue cross-selling opportunities while working toward monthly KPIs and targets. Accommodation is not provided; relocation is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin and English.
• Sales/customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Confident and commercially minded.
• Willing to relocate from Malaysia to Singapore.
• Comfortable working towards monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customers' financial goals and requirements.
• Recommend suitable financial, insurance and investment solutions.
• Follow up on qualified leads.
• Conduct customer outreach and outbound calls.
• Process customer applications and product changes.
• Identify cross-selling and business-development opportunities.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Achieve monthly sales KPIs.
