The role requires Diploma or Degree in Accounting, strong knowledge of bookkeeping, proficiency in Mandarin and English, and experience with Excel and accounting software.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in an accounting role for 1–3 years is preferred.
• Strong Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is essential for client communication.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Recording and processing financial transactions including invoices, receipts, and expense claims.
• Maintaining accounting records and ledgers for monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation.
• Performing bank reconciliations and assisting with payables/receivables.
• Supporting the preparation of financial statements, trial balances, and reports.
• Handling administrative duties including correspondence, scheduling, and office operations.
• Liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams in Mandarin and English.
