Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with Mandarin proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage service requests using the ticketing system and ensure SOP compliance.
• Assist with contract record maintenance and supplier onboarding to vendor tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and provide user training on systems.
• Support audit activities and participate in contract migration and system deployment.
