China Construction Yangtze River (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Construction Site Coordination Manager to oversee all on-site coordination for building projects. The role acts as the on-site liaison between project management, workers, contractors, suppliers, clients and authorities, with Mandarin proficiency essential for client communications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Building Engineering or related construction fields.
• 3–5 years of working experience in construction site coordination, project coordination or site management.
• Fluent Mandarin (spoken & written) is mandatory for communicating with Chinese clients and partners; proficient English for local communication and documentation.
• Familiar with construction site workflows, procedures, project drawings and industry standards; able to multitask and coordinate resources.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for site reports and data sorting.

Responsabilités

• On‑Site Overall Coordination: Manage daily construction site operations and coordinate cross‑team collaboration; unify on‑site work arrangements and maintain orderly progress.
• Construction Project Progress Control: Monitor progress against blueprints/schedules; identify delays and bottlenecks, propose adjustments, ensure on‑time delivery.
• Multi‑Party Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as main on‑site contact for clients, main contractors, sub‑contractors, suppliers and authorities; conduct regular on‑site meetings and feedback progress.
• On‑Site Meeting & Document Management: Organize daily briefings, weekly coordination meetings; prepare agendas; record minutes; manage progress reports and site files.
• Site Problem Solving & Process Optimization: Inspect conditions, identify unsafe operations and inefficiencies; propose optimization measures and improve workflows and quality.
• Progress Reporting & Data Management: Collect and sort manpower, materials, progress; compile weekly/monthly reports; provide data support for decisions.
• Site Safety & Quality Supervision Assistance: Cooperate with safety/quality teams to ensure compliance and safe, standardized operations.
