Job summary

Teleperformance Malaysia is seeking a Non-Voice Customer Support Representative who speaks Mandarin and English to join our chat and email support team. You will handle Mandarin and English inquiries via live chat and email, delivering timely, accurate, and courteous assistance.

Fresh graduates welcome. You will receive comprehensive training, pursue career growth, and work in rotation shifts including weekends and holidays at our Bayan Lepas office.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin with strong English communication.
• Minimum qualifications: SPM, Diploma or Degree.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in customer service, email, or chat is a plus.
• Strong written communication and typing skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via live chat and email in Mandarin and English.
• Resolve customer issues with high service quality.
• Investigate and troubleshoot using internal systems and knowledge bases.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and policy/process changes.
