IGT Solutions in Shah Alam, Selangor is hiring a Mandarin Support Team member to handle inbound and outbound calls and emails related to travel and airlines, delivering accurate information with professionalism. Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, providing accurate and timely information, including enquiries related to travel and airlines.

以专业且具同理心的方式回应客户的询问与投诉
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.

识别客户需求并提供解决方案，或将复杂问题升级至相关部门
Identify customer needs and provide solutions, or escalate complex issues to the relevant team.

维护客户互动记录，并根据需要进行跟进
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as required.

通过反馈流程和程序，协助团队持续改进
Participate in continuous improvement by providing feedback on processes and procedures.

积极参与团队会议与培训，不断提升技能
Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills.
