The role involves handling Mandarin and English customer interactions, resolving travel and airline inquiries with professionalism, and maintaining precise records. The team emphasizes empathy, accuracy, and proactive service in a fast-paced contact center environment. Work requires 24/7 shift rotations with 9-hour shifts at the Shah Alam vicinity near Subang Jaya, offering competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Mandarin and English with strong communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or call center is preferred (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong problem-solving and empathy to handle inquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, providing accurate information related to travel and airlines.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions or escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on processes and procedures.
• Actively participate in team meetings and training to enhance skills.

Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, providing accurate and timely information, including enquiries related to travel and airlines.

以专业且具同理心的方式回应客户的询问与投诉
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.

识别客户需求并提供解决方案，或将复杂问题升级至相关部门
Identify customer needs and provide solutions, or elevate complex issues to the relevant team.

维护客户互动记录，并根据需要进行跟进
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as required.

通过反馈流程和程序，协助团队持续改进
Participate in continuous improvement by providing feedback on processes and procedures.

积极参与团队会议与培训，不断提升技能
Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills.
