Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Content Moderation specialist to assess user-generated content and enforce policy guidelines within our platform. You will evaluate account data and published content to identify and mitigate high-level security risks while maintaining user trust.

The role requires proficiency in Mandarin and English, willingness to work in rotational night shifts, and holding a Diploma or Degree.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Comfortable with rotational shift including night shift.
• Diploma or Degree required.
• At least 6 months of professional experience in Content Moderation / Trust & Safety or Customer Service related role.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate account data and published content to identify and mitigate high-level security risks.
• Monitor in-app DMs and group chats; investigate reported content for policy violations.
• Review enforcement appeals and re-examine account actions to ensure fairness and accuracy.
• Re-evaluate penalties issued within DMs and group chats to verify that enforcement outcomes were justified.
