Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead Business Transformation Advisory and act as internal Process Excellence consultant.
• Coach units on Lean Six Sigma, BPM, Change Management and CI.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and identify improvements.
• Develop governance for Process Excellence and KPIs.
• Drive governance and lifecycle of improvements.
• Standardise best practices across the organisation.
• Present roadmaps and business cases to senior leadership.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption.
• Degree in a relevant discipline; certifications welcome.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Prosci, and Design Thinking.
• Experience in transformation programs and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

This position is responsible to lead digital transformation and strategic innovation initiatives that drive business improvement and operational efficiency. The role oversees the end-to-end management of complex, cross-functional programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals while maintaining rigorous governance and delivery standards. Additionally, it serves as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic recommendations and managing executive stakeholder engagement to ensure the successful adoption of new technologies and sustainable business outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

• Process Excellence & Business Transformation
• Lead enterprise-wide Business Process Improvement (BPI) initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and the DMAIC methodology to improve customer experience, operational performance, and profitability.
• Identify, prioritise, and execute process improvement opportunities across Customer Experience (CX), Employee Experience (EX), and Operational Excellence (OE).
• Facilitate value stream mapping, process redesign, root cause analysis, and benefits realisation to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Establish and govern the Process Excellence framework, standards, methodologies, and playbooks across the Group.
• Drive continuous improvement culture through capability building, coaching, and project mentoring.
• Transformation Strategy & Execution
• Translate strategic priorities into an enterprise transformation portfolio with clear governance, milestones, KPIs, and benefits realisation.
• Partner with Business Units to identify, assess, and prioritise transformation opportunities aligned with Group objectives.
• Recommend digital solutions only after process optimisation opportunities have been validated.
• Drive innovation through structured problem‑solving, design thinking, and evidence-based decision making.
• Program & Portfolio Management
• Manage the enterprise transformation portfolio from ideation through implementation and benefit realisation.
• Monitor project performance, dependencies, risks, benefits, and executive reporting.

Establish portfolio governance and transformation dashboards.

• Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure sustainability of improvements.
• Standardise best practices across the organisation.
• Executive Stakeholder Management
• Present transformation roadmaps, business cases, and recommendations to GEXCO and senior leadership.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption and sustained business outcomes
