Job summary

AIA Digital+ Malaysia is seeking a Manager to lead the Integral Life Delivery Management team in Kuala Lumpur. You will oversee development, deployment and support of Integral Life applications, ensuring adherence to SDLC, governance and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in insurance application development, strong knowledge of life processes, and experience leading delivery teams within a complex enterprise. Excellent stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or related areas.
• Minimum 5 years of application development experience in insurance.
• Experience in Integral Life development is essential.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance business processes and policy administration systems.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile delivery methodologies, governance, risk management, audit compliance and IT controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of Integral Life Application and related landscapes.
• Ensure quality checks on risk management for development deliverables.
• Drive technology modernization, automation, and process improvements to reduce technical debt.
• Coordinate with Business Users and other Technology teams for delivery and support.
• Build, coach and develop team members; manage end-to-end delivery with stakeholders.
