Job summary

AIA Digital+ in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Lead Analyst to drive Cloud Application Transformation. You will capture business goals, document requirements, and collaborate with architects and developers to shape high-level solutions.

You will lead requirements workshops, manage risks, and support testing and training as part of an SDLC-aligned delivery. AIA Digital+ offers a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT-related disciplines.
• Minimum 4–5 years in progressive IT sector.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a business analyst.
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Capture and document business goals, system objectives, use cases.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Analyze requirements and translate into business capabilities and functions.
• Own and prepare project documentation (BRD/PRD, test plan, user manuals).
• Collaborate with solution architects and developers on high-level design.
• Identify dependencies, risks and ensure traceability.
• Support UAT and system integration testing; provide user training.
• Follow SDLC processes and manage requirement changes with PM.

Provide system training to business users.* Work with developers to support user acceptance testing.* Work with Project Manager to manage user requirement changes.* Follow company SDLC processes as guided by Project Manager.* Take ownership of assigned tasks. Be responsible for system implementation.* Strive to become the domain subject matter expert / champion.* Be pro-active to work the others to deliver.
