Job summary

Edgenta FIRST Sdn Bhd is seeking a Facilities Management professional to oversee daily soft services operations in Kuala Lumpur. You will supervise site teams, monitor performance, and ensure SLA/KPI compliance with vendors and contractors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management and 5–8 years of FM experience, including supervisory exposure. You will coordinate with clients, drive service quality, and pursue sustainability initiatives in a one-year renewable contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Building Management, or related field from a university recognized by the Malaysian Government.
• 5-8 years of experience in Facilities Management, with strong exposure to soft services operations (Cleaning, Pest Control, Waste Management).
• At least 2-3 years in a supervisory role, overseeing site teams and service providers.
• Strong operational knowledge with hands-on experience in managing site operations, service quality, and SLA/KPI compliance.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently while reporting to the Manager/Head of Department.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily soft services operations (Cleaning, Pest Control, Waste Management) to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Supervise site teams and monitor performance to meet service standards and client expectations.
• Assist the superior in managing all vendors (contractors, suppliers, service providers etc.) who transact with the client and monitors all service provider/contractor performance, reporting against contract’s SLAs and KPIs.
• Support the Manager as the key liaison for clients on soft service-related matters.
• Coordinate and monitor vendors and contractors to ensure SLA and KPI compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain service quality and compliance.
• Manage incidents, complaints, and service issues, ensuring timely resolution and proper reporting.
• Ensure compliance with relevant licenses, insurances, and regulatory requirements.
• Support cost monitoring and assist in achieving contract performance targets.
• Identify areas for operational improvement to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in implementing sustainability and operational excellence initiatives across soft services.
