Job summary

WAKOMAS Chemical Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager / Senior Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including logistics, warehousing, import/export, and shipping management. The role requires strong knowledge of international logistics, bulk shipping, LC processes, and warehouse operations.

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in supply chain, logistics, import/export, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping, bulk logistics, and Incoterms.
• Experience in handling LC processes and import/export documentation.
• Experience in warehouse and inventory management.
• ERP system implementation or operational experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
• Manage and coordinate with 3PL providers to ensure operational efficiency and timely deliveries.
• Monitor logistics costs, shipment schedules, and operational performance.
• Manage import and export activities, shipping documentation, and customs coordination.
• Handle bulk shipment operations and international logistics arrangements.
• Ensure proper application of Incoterms and compliance with shipping procedures.
• Manage and coordinate Letter of Credit documentation and processes.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock movement activities.
• Support supply chain process improvement and operational optimization initiatives.
• Participate in ERP system implementation, enhancement, and operational integration projects.
• Work closely with Sales, Trading, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth business execution.
• Assist management with ad-hoc assignments and operational projects when required.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager / Senior Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including logistics, warehousing, import/export, and shipping management. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operational flow, optimizing supply chain performance, and supporting business growth within the petrochemical and industrial chemical industry.

The ideal candidate should possess strong operational knowledge in international logistics, bulk shipping, LC processes, warehouse operations, and supply chain management.

What you'll be doing

Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
