Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Semiconductor Technology, Physics, or a related technical discipline. Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience within semiconductor, product development, R&D, or related industries. Proven experience in leading technical teams, projects, or engineering organizations. Strong people management and leadership skills. Ability to develop, motivate, and coach engineering talent. Experience managing technical projects and resource planning. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
