Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical professionals within Product Development.
Drive team performance, ensuring delivery of project objectives, quality standards, and business targets.
Set clear performance expectations, conduct performance reviews, and support employee development.
Establish and maintain team operating standards, processes, and best practices.
Allocate resources and manage priorities to address operational and project challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support product development activities and strategic initiatives.
Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
