Job summary

Western Digital in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned operations leader to drive cross-functional teams in high-volume manufacturing, streamline processes, and elevate product quality. Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in operations, process engineering, or high-volume manufacturing.
• Minimum 10 years in a leadership or managerial role leading operation teams across functions.
• Proven experience in process optimization, performance improvement and quality management.
