Job summary

Western Digital in Penang is seeking a senior operations leader to unify cross-functional teams, streamline processes, and drive efficiency across high-volume manufacturing. You will champion process improvements, implement monitoring frameworks, and ensure alignment with quality standards and delivery commitments.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, a track record of reducing variations, and the ability to transfer new processes into production

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in operations, process engineering, or high-volume manufacturing.
• Minimum 10 years in a leadership or managerial role leading operation teams across functions.
• Proven experience in process optimization, performance improvement, and quality management.
• Experience in operational process control, system implementation, and new process transfer into production environments.
