Job summary

Job Description

• Lead and direct cross-functional operational teams to streamline processes, elevate product quality, maximize yield, and drive operational efficiency
• Design and implement robust process monitoring frameworks and key performance indicators to enable proactive risk management and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Spearhead the integration of new processes and systems into operations, ensuring product quality standards and business delivery commitments are consistently met
• Champion cross-functional collaboration to strengthen process capability, minimize variation, and sustain a high standard of operational excellence

Qualifications

Required :

• 15+ years of experience in operations, Process engineering, or a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Minimum 10 years in a leadership or managerial role leading operation teams across various functions.

Preferred :

• Proven experience in process optimization, performance improvement, and quality management
• Experience in operational process control, system implementation, and new process transfer into production environments

Skills :

• Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration with operations, quality, engineering and other business functions
