Job summary

CARSOME is seeking a Manager, Group PMO to drive strategic projects, improve profitability, and optimize operations across Commercial and Operations. You will lead transformation initiatives, develop performance dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to executives, partnering with regional teams to execute key priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO, business performance management, commercial operations, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, financial analysis, productivity measurement, and business performance management.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and driving business transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience developing KPI frameworks, performance dashboards, and business reporting.

Responsibilities

• Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, business opportunities, and operational gaps.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance, customer journeys, and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with data and business intelligence teams to enhance reporting capabilities and performance visibility.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

As a Manager, Group PMO, you will play a strategic role in driving business performance, operational excellence, and cross-functional initiatives across CARSOME's Commercial and Operations functions. Reporting directly to the General Manager, Supply Chain, you will be responsible for leading strategic projects, managing business performance metrics, supporting P&L analysis, and driving productivity improvements across the organization. You will work closely with business leaders, regional stakeholders, and functional teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize business processes, improve profitability, and ensure the successful execution of key strategic initiatives aligned with CARSOME's objectives.

Your Day-to-Day

Strategic Project & Program Management

Lead and manage strategic initiatives and transformation projects across Commercial and Operations functions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.

Drive project execution and ensure alignment with business priorities and organizational goals.

Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.

Business Performance & P&L Management

Support business leaders in monitoring and managing Profit & Loss (P&L) performance across business units.

Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and profitability drivers to identify risks and improvement opportunities.

Develop business performance dashboards and reporting frameworks to support data-driven decision-making.

Partner with stakeholders to evaluate business cases, investment opportunities, and cost optimization initiatives.

Provide regular performance insights and recommendations to management.

Productivity & Operational Excellence

Establish and monitor productivity metrics across Commercial and Operations teams.

Analyze workforce productivity, process efficiency, and resource utilization to identify opportunities for improvement.

Develop performance benchmarks and KPI frameworks to measure organizational success. Data Analytics & Insights

Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, business opportunities, and operational gaps.

Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance, customer journeys, and operational efficiency.

Work closely with data and business intelligence teams to enhance reporting capabilities and performance visibility.

Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Process Improvement & Governance

Review, establish, and enhance business processes, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Ensure governance standards and operational controls are effectively implemented.

Lead process optimization initiatives to improve scalability, efficiency, and customer experience.

Stakeholder Management

Work closely with senior leadership, commercial teams, operations teams, and regional counterparts to drive business outcomes.

Facilitate performance review discussions and project governance meetings.

Build strong relationships across functions to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic priorities.

General Responsibilities

Undertake additional assignments and strategic initiatives as required by management to support business growth and organizational objectives.

Your Know-How

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO, business performance management, commercial operations, consulting, business strategy, finance, or related fields.

Strong understanding of P&L management, financial analysis, productivity measurement, and business performance management.

Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and driving business transformation initiatives.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Experience developing KPI frameworks, performance dashboards, and business reporting.

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with senior leadership.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.

Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or other analytics and visualization tools is highly advantageous.

Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
