Job summary

Touch Group Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a Manager of Group Finance to lead financial management, accounting, consolidation, reporting, budgeting and cash flow planning across the holding company and subsidiaries. The role ensures timely, accurate financial information and advises on profitability, liquidity, and sustainability.

Reporting to senior management, you will oversee statutory compliance, audits, intercompany reconciliations and the development of robust internal controls, driving cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, MICPA, CPA Australia or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum eight (8) years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including reporting, budgeting, cash flow management and internal controls.
• Experience in group finance, investment holding, multi-entity or diversified business environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience supervising finance personnel and coordinating multiple business units or subsidiaries.
• Knowledge of Malaysian tax, statutory requirements, accounting standards, accounting systems and reporting automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, including consolidated financial statements and management accounts.
• Ensure compliance with applicable MFRS, statutory and tax requirements.
• Review subsidiary accounts, financial statements and supporting schedules for accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations, balances, transactions and consolidation adjustments.
• Lead annual budgets, forecasts and medium-term financial plans with subsidiary heads and management.
• Monitor Group liquidity, working capital, receivables, payables, debt obligations and financial commitments.
• Lead financial monitoring and cost optimisation initiatives across the Group.
• Strengthen financial controls, approval processes, segregation of duties, reconciliations and safeguards over assets and funds.
• Coordinate statutory audits and liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, banks and advisers.
• Advise senior management and the Board on financial performance, liquidity, cost efficiency and business sustainability.

Job description

The Manager leads Group financial management, accounting, consolidation, reporting, budgeting, cash flow planning, controls and compliance. The role ensures accurate, timely financial information across the holding company and subsidiaries; identifies financial risks and performance gaps; and recommends practical measures to improve profitability, liquidity, cost efficiency, and sustainability. Working closely with senior management and subsidiary teams, the position provides commercial financial insight, supports strategic decisions and establishes consistent financial standards throughout the Group.

About you

• Knowledge of Malaysian tax, statutory requirements, accounting standards, accounting systems and reporting automation
• Strong financial analysis, commercial judgement and problem-solving skills
• Leadership capability and confidence in holding stakeholders accountable
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with accounting, consolidation and reporting systems
