Private Advertiser in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, Malaysia seeks a Finance Manager to lead and monitor the Finance & Accounts team, ensuring efficient operations and accurate administration. You will manage financial reporting for multiple group companies, review statements, reconciliations, and journals, and prepare annual management accounts via MBRS portal.

Strong communication with auditors, tax agents, and bankers is essential.

Formación

• Professional qualification with 2+ years as a Finance Manager.
• Minimum degree or equivalent professional certification (CA/CFP or similar).
• Experience with accounting software and MBRS portal.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Lead and monitor the Finance & Accounts team to ensure effective operations and administration.

• Ensure timely preparation of annual management accounts via MBRS portal.
• Act as finance liaison with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, SSM, bankers, LHDN, Kastam and other relevant parties.
• Continuously improve accounting processes, reporting systems and workflows.

Lead and monitor the Finance & Accounts team to ensure effective operations and administration of SFOV

Manage the financial reporting of multiple companies within the Group, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Review financial statements, schedules, reconciliations, journals and supporting documentation prepared by Finance & Accounts team

Ensure timely preparation of annual management accounts via MBRS portal for annual billing

Preview investment portfolio reports and ensure timely submission to Top Management team at HQ

Continuously improve accounting processes, reporting systems and workflows

act as key finance liaison with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, SSM, bankers, LHDN, Kastam and other relevant parties

Requirements:

Professional qualification with at least 2 years relevant working experiences as a Manager, and a minimum degree or a globally recognised professional finance related certification, including but not limited to Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Financial planner (CFP) or equivalent certifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and outlook, with at least an intermediate level of proficientcy

Experience with AutoCount Accounting software

Familiar with the MBRS portal and statutory filing requirements

Knowledge and experience in handling SST submissions

Experience in handling e-invoicing
