AFFIN Group is seeking a Senior Data Analytics & Campaign Insights professional in Kuala Lumpur to lead deposit portfolio analytics, performance reporting, and predictive insights for growth opportunities. • 8–10 years of analytics or banking analytics experience.

• Proficiency in SAS, Power BI, Tableau, SQL or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own deposit portfolio analytics and performance reporting.
• Monitor CASA, FD, TIA, MCA performance including inflows/outflows.
• Develop customer segmentation and predictive models.
• Provide actionable insights to segment owners on acquisition and migration.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Monitor cost of funds, portfolio profitability and pricing.
• Identify high-value customers at risk of attrition and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with Business, Product, Digital, Marketing, and Distribution teams.

Job Summary

Responsible on Data Analytics & Campaign Insights function to provide actionable insights, portfolio analytics, and performance monitoring that support deposit growth, customer retention, profitability, and strategic decision-making. The role is responsible for developing customer analytics, campaign measurement, portfolio performance reporting, and predictive insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize balance quality, and improve business outcomes across CASA, FD, TIA, MCA and customer segments.

Job Responsibilities

• Own deposit portfolio analytics, business performance reporting, and management dashboards.
• Monitor CASA, FD, TIA, MCA performance, including inflows, outflows, attrition, retention, and balance growth.
• Develop customer segmentation, behavioral analysis, and predictive models to identify growth and retention opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights to segment owners on acquisition, engagement, migration, and portfolio optimization strategies.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness, ROI, balance quality, and customer profitability.
• Monitor cost of funds, portfolio profitability, and pricing effectiveness to support business decisions.
• Identify high-value customers at risk of attrition and recommend retention strategies.
• Collaborate with Business, Product, Digital, Marketing, and Distribution teams to drive data-driven decision-making and business outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in data visualization and analytics tools such as SAS, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or equivalent platforms.
• Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8-10 years' experience in analytics, business intelligence, customer insights, portfolio management, or banking analytics.
• Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, portfolio analytics, profitability analysis, and campaign performance measurement.
• Proficient in data visualization and analytics tools such as SAS, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Good understanding of retail banking products, including CASA, FD, TIA, cards, and digital banking.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to influence business decisions through data-driven recommendations.
