Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Manager - Cyber Security in Malaysia to own delivery and technical direction of the PKI and Certificate Management service within the MSSP operating model. You will ensure compliance with security, change, incident and service management requirements while aligning with Customer policies.

You will lead CA operations, manage Root CA infrastructure, and oversee policy enrollment, renewal, and certificate management processes, working with Customer-defined standards and tools

Qualifications

• Azure Key Vault and CA-related security controls.
• CA operations, certificate templates and CRL management.
• CSR validation and SSL/TLS certificate troubleshooting.
• Smartsheet workflows for governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize security requirements for CAs, trust strategies, revocation, enrollment and renewal policies.
• Maintain PKI infrastructure and Root CA supporting wireless, IPSEC access and code signing.
• Deploy and configure CA servers and perform health checks.
• Report performance against SLAs and inform Customer of vulnerabilities or breaches.
• Identify and implement supplier security, integrity and compliance improvements.
• Ensure tools integrate with Customer change, problem and incident management systems.

Role Title: Manager - Cyber Security

Job Location: Malaysia

Role Overview

Owns the delivery, technical direction and service performance of the PKI & Certificate Management service for Customer. The role works within the approved MSSP operating model and follows Customer’s security, change, incident and service management requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operationalize Customer security requirements for CAs, trust strategies, revocation, enrollment and renewal policies and processes
• Maintain the Customer PKI infrastructure; manage Root CA infrastructure supporting wireless, IPSEC access and code signing
• Deploy and configure CA servers per security and infrastructure requirements; monitor and perform regular health checks of CA servers

Service Delivery Expectations

• Report performance against Service Levels; inform Customer immediately of any vulnerability, weakness or security breach
• Identify, develop and implement Supplier process improvements for security, integrity and compliance
• Adhere to Customer ’s data security classification policy; ensure Supplier tools and services integrate with Customer Configuration, Change, Problem and Incident Management systems

Key Customer Dependencies

Customer defines certificate policies and CA practices (1), enrollment and renewal processes (2), CA trust and revocation strategies (3) and CA security requirements (4).

• Appropriately skilled personnel with applicable certifications as required by Customer; Customer may review and approve Key Personnel
